Mountain Springs Motel Lodging Policy

  • Reservation Cancellation: Prospective guests are required to inform motel staff of the need to cancel a reservation at least two days before the scheduled check-in.  This can be accomplished via telephone (304-358-2331) or via email (info@mountainspringsmotelfranklin.com) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. – any day of the week.  Any refund issued will be minus the credit card fee charged to Mountain Springs Motel.
  • No Show: Prospective guests will be charged one night’s room rate (plus applicable tax) if a reservation cancellation is not received per the cancellation rules. 
  • No smoking in the rooms. If caught or motel staff suspect a guest(s) of smoking in the room you will be asked to leave the premises, banned from future stays, and charged a $100 cleaning fee.
  • No skinning and/or cleaning wildlife in the rooms. If caught or motel staff suspect a guest(s) of skinning/cleaning wildlife in the room you will be asked to leave the premises, banned from future stays, and charged a $100 cleaning fee.
